This EVA foam insert is CNC cut to hold a Proquip plastic 20L jerry can. Foam insert and jerry can are secured to a roof rack via 4 eye bolts. Cut to suit Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform, however, this insert will mount to a standard mesh roof rack and a variety of other racks - please cross reference dimensions. R&D: Our EVA Jerry can holders have had extensive testing! Our EVA Jerry can holders completed a 7000km test across the Simpson Desert (QAA and French line) in 2020 and have since done many trips from beach to desert and back again. To date, our EVA inserts show no damage and have protected our rack from scratches and scuffs (and our sanity by avoiding annoying rattles!).
